Stand Alone Video Systems uses a Video Prevention System designed to discourage vandals and thieves from entering the area under surveillance. Stand Alone places warning signs in strategic locations. If individuals still enter the surveillance area, the Stand Alone system, while video recording the individuals, encourages them to leave as quickly as possible with a voice annunciator that says:
"You have entered a restricted video surveillance area. Please leave immediately." During the time the voice warning sounds a bright strobe flashes an additional warning.
